Counseling vs. Coaching

Not Sure Which Path is Right for You?

Counseling is ideal when you’re processing trauma, loss, or ongoing challenges that affect your daily life.

Coaching is best when you’re ready to set goals, create structure, and move forward with support.

Both approaches are rooted in safety, perspective, and action—always meeting you where you are.

The 'things I can control' section lists expressing feelings, bouncing back, treating others, asking for help, eating, and behavior. The 'things I cannot control' section includes others' actions, others' feelings, weather, mistakes, and outside opinions.
