Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University and prior to that, Bachelor of Art degree in social psychology from Park University all the while serving in the United States Air Force.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor, she offers a genuine straightforwardness with non-judgmental warmth and empathy in combination with objectivity and therapeutic knowledge. Her goal is to provide an open, relaxed environment where individuals, families, children, or adolescents are motivated to engage in personal exploration and change. Elizabeth enjoys working with a variety of ages, populations, and therapeutic issues but seems to thrive with women struggling with life issues including fear, stress, anxiety and self-doubt.

As a Christian counselor, she believes that God has a unique plan for all and she enjoys seeing His plan unfold for each of her clients. She assists clients in identifying fears and faulty thought patterns, toxic behaviors, and any other nonproductive belief that keeps them from living the abundant life God offers. She believes that embracing daily issues and learning to surf the waves of life with grace and uniqueness can be the key to becoming all that God has designed us to be.  She hopes that her clients embrace the power of truth, authenticity, relaxation and vulnerability to discover freedom and abundance in God.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys being with friends and family. She is newly married to a wonderful man and has been blessed with two amazing bonus children. She loves to grow and continues to challenge herself mentally and physically to be the best person God created her to be. She enjoys paddle boarding, biking, running, dancing and supporting those who serve in the military. Her end goal is to finish the race that God has set before her.
